Meet Jo Newell

Jo Newell is the Founder + CEO of Monday Strategies and Co-Founder of DROP THE MIC Coaching. As an experienced business executive and entrepreneur, she is a passionate advocate for professional development and personal growth. Jo is dedicated to helping professionals and teams master their mindset, amplify their influence, and step boldly into their success.

 

With a background in education and business development, Jo has over 15 years of leadership experience, with a career that spans corporate leadership, nonprofit advocacy, and business development. Jo has been honored as Onyx Magazine’s Woman on the Move, recognized as one of Orlando Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, and named Woman of the Year by Orlando Magazine. ​An active leader in her community, Jo has served on multiple nonprofit boards, including United Arts of Central Florida, Tech Sassy Girlz, J4 Leaders, Cornerstone Hospice Foundation, and WholeLife Church.
